Acupuncture
Acupuncture is the gentle insertion of very fine needles into specific points on the body. This process stimulates movement of blood and the release of chemicals within the body, allowing natural healing to take place. These points are selected based on years of training acupuncturists receive based on over 3,000 years of experience in China. Acupuncture helps to prevent illness by improving the overall functioning of the body's immune and organ systems. Acupuncture is helpful for:
- Treating existing illnesses and injuries
- Preventing both recurrence of illnesses and new illness
- Improving overall health
- The World Health Organization recognizes acupuncture as a viable treatment for over 130 diseases and illness's

Acupuncture originated in China over 3,000 years ago. It is just ONE part of the holistic system of healing known as Traditional Chinese Medicine ("TCM").
Chinese Medicinal Herbs
We have over 30,000 herbs in our Pharmacopeia. The herbs are in a powder form which are made SPECIFICALLY for each INDIVIDUAL and put into capsules. We can treat a much wider and more complex disease processŐs with medicinal herbs than we can with Acupuncture. Acupuncture and Herbs work best when used together. The real "power" of Chinese medicine is and has always been the medicinal herbs.
